♦ A volunteer at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), helping high school, college students, planning officials with the urban planning process.
♦ He has served the City of San Jose as a Planning Commissioner, Chair and Vice-Chair capacity, responsible for making decisions/recommendations relating to Land Use, Zoning, Pre-Zoning, Re-Zoning, General Plan Amendments and Code Amendments, future developments.
Prior to real estate, He spent 10+ years of his professional career in local High-Tech companies (NASA Ames, Lockheed, 3Com & others), holding various positions in Engineering, Marketing, Sales & Management.
A graduate from Mountain View (Awalt) H.S. and San Jose State University Alumni, BSAE. He is currently residing in San Jose with his family for the past 40 years. He is also bilingual in English-Vietnamese.
